个人简介

耿勇,特聘正教授,博士生导师。2007年毕业于中国科学院生物物理研究所,获生物化学博士学位。随后赴美国从事科研工作,2007-2009年在达特茅斯医学院开展博士后研究;2009-2015年在哥伦比亚大学先后任博士后、副研究员。2015-2026年任中国科学院上海药物研究所研究员、课题组组长。2026年起任职深圳理工大学。长期致力于纳米抗体与结构生物学研究。

研究领域

致力于纳米抗体创新药物的研发,结合人工智能辅助蛋白设计与结构生物学可视化技术,系统研究关键靶点的识别机制与构象调控,推动高选择性、高活性的生物治疗分子的发现,为重大疾病提供精准干预策略。目前研究聚焦WNT信号通路的分子机制及纳米抗体的靶向调控。
