个人简介

博士,三级研究员,博士生导师,中国科学院深圳先进技术研究院医药所副所长,人体组织与器官退行性研究中心主任,深圳理工大学特聘杰出教授,广东省生物医用材料国际联合研究中心主任,广东省海洋生物材料工程技术中心主任,深圳市海洋生物医用材料重点实验室主任,科技部“十四五”重点研发计划首席科学家,香港大学荣誉教授。兼任国家药监局创新医疗器械评审专家,中国医促会理事骨科生物材料学部主任委员,中国生物材料学会理事海洋生物材料分会侯任主任委员等。长期从事再生医学研究,提出了“碱性微环境可调控骨稳态”的科学观点,为新型骨科生物材料设计提供了重要理论基础。先后发表高水平论文150余篇,包括通讯作者论文Progress in Materials Science, Advanced Materials, Advanced Functional Materials, Nature Communications, Chemical Engineering Journal, Advanced Science, Bioactive Materials, ACS Applied Materials Interface等,SCI他引9000余次,H指数51。开发出硼硅酸盐生物活性椎体修复骨水泥,可微创治疗骨质疏松性骨折和骨缺损,解决了脊柱微创术后椎体原位再骨折、再塌陷的临床难题。先后主持科技部“十四五”重点研发计划,国家基金委广东联合基金重点、国家基金委内地与香港联合资助项目,中科院前沿重点及地方项目二十多项目。承担了科技部生物材料与植入器械创新示范基地建设,发起了生物材料天使基金,促进了我国高端高植生物医用材料“产学研医金融”链条建设。

学术成果

连续三年入选全球前2%顶尖科学家榜单。担任SCI期刊Materials Express杂志副主编,以及4本国际期刊编委,包括Bioactive Materials, Journal of Orthopedics Translation, Journal of Osteoporosis and Physical Activity, Biomedical Glass。撰写英文专Developments and Application of Calcium Phosphate Bone Cement碱性微环境章节。近五年担任了3次国际会议主席,包括第29和31届国际骨与关节可注射生物材料学会年会,受邀30余次国内外学术会议主题报告。

成果转化情况:

授权发明专利28项,其中13项专利已转让企业(无形资产入股作价666万)。孵化科技成果转化企业三家,取得了科技部生物材料与植入器械创新示范基地建设项目,作为联合创始人,发起生物材料成果转化天使基金,已投资生物材料初创企业8家。
